We process your data as sparingly as possible. What we store, why, and for how long.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Touring Club Switzerland, Chemin de Blandonnet 4, 1214 Vernier. Questions to privacy@tcs.ch.
2. What data
For a booking: name, address, date of birth, email, phone, stay details, payment data. For the newsletter: email address and language. Site visits: anonymised logs for 14 days.
3. Retention
Booking data is kept for 10 years (legal retention). Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Server logs for 14 days. We use only functional cookies, no tracking without consent.
4. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection — all by email to privacy@tcs.ch. We answer within 14 days.
