Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings at TCS campsites. As of May 2026.
1. Conclusion of contract
A contract is formed between you and the relevant TCS campsite at the moment of booking. The contract becomes legally binding upon receipt of the email confirmation. Please review the booking details immediately.
2. Payment
A deposit of 30% of the stay price is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is settled on arrival or by bank transfer.
3. Cancellation
Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. 30–14 days: 50% of the stay price. Less than 14 days or no-show: 100%. CampOne travel insurance covers these amounts in case of illness.
4. House rules
Each site has its own local rules — quiet hours, dog leads, waste sorting. They are handed over on arrival and form part of this contract.
